Orders may be canceled within 3 days. After 3 days, a 35% restock fee will be charged for finished work on favors, cones, products & Flowerfetti preparation.
Finished favors & cones and quantities of Flowerfetti over 25 cups are non-returnable after shipping. Other returns may be made within 10 days of receipt

TERMS OF SALE & POLICIES:
SAFETY: Flowerfetti should be gently tossed upward, from a safe distance just as the nuptial couple has passed by.
Do not use Flowerfetti on dance floors or in wet conditions which could cause them to become slippery (like fresh petals). Our products are non-edible unless specified otherwise. Flower petals / Spa Petals™ should be used in non-whirlpool baths with a covered drain.
SALES AGREEMENT: By placing an order, Buyer assumes responsibility for safe use of product and terms. Wedding Petals dba Flowerfetti (Seller) shall not be liable for loss, damage or expenses of any kind except as referred to in this contract. Seller Shall Not Be Liable For Any Incidental Or Consequential Loss. Having no control over Buyer’s use and conditions of use of product, Seller makes no warranty of fitness for particular purpose. Seller shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from carrier’s failure to deliver goods or from delays in delivery of goods. Seller’s liability and Buyer’s remedy in any dispute shall be limited to replacement of the disputed product or refund of the purchase price.
